If you continue to have issues, then you will need to do a password reset and have the username and a new temporary password sent to the email on file in your user account. In some cases the email used in the USERNAME section can cause this issue, we suggest using the actual USERNAME for the account and not the email if you continue to have issues after confirming the password is correctly set and entered properly.
